Decontracting Massage (1 hour)

The decontracting massage consists of applying force in the area of the contractures to relieve the tensions that can cause stress, bad posture, sedentary lifestyle or excessive physical exercise.

The use of this massage is not only applied to the back, but is also applicable to any part of the body where a contracture is located, such as: the feet, arms, hands, shoulders, legs or neck.

NOTE: The masseur will come with their own massage table. It is necessary that you have clean towels ready with the arrival of the masseur.

Please note that the massage reservation applies to a single individual only. That means you can’t split the massage time between different people.
